"My very old a/c went stopped blowing cold air. I went to Angie's list and based on the reviews, I scheduled an appointment on line. Jeff came out on 6/29 and was so professional and explained everything that he was doing, he worked and worked trying to locate the problem but it wasn't worth putting in more money on such an old system. I called another company and GC for an estimate. Gustavo, the owner, said he would be out that day. He accessed the situation and explained everything. I had done some research so I felt the products offered where acceptable for my mobile home.He gave me a very good price for a new a/c and furnace, plus he said he could install it the next day. I was waiting for another estimate that I was getting later that day but said I'd call him back later and let him know (the other estimate was much higher for equal products). I called Gustavo and he said he would be here tomorrow morning. He arrived the next day with his nephew Juan and the installation was completed by 5 pm. I can't say enough about how professional and honest Gustavo, Juan and Jeff are, I highly recommend this company. I now have better a/c than I have ever had."

"Our experience with DNA was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, Andrew called and visited us. He quickly inpected our attic, which had had a major rat infestation and extremely old heater ducts. He gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, replacing the old insulation, and installing new ducts. The crew of Ivan, Andrew, Amanda and Denicio worked quickly and were very personable, reliable and efficient. They kindly removed all the old boxes stored in the attic which was not part of the original work. We especially liked that Andrew followed up with us after the job was completed, to ensure we were satisfied, and offering to come and fix any problems we might have. "Well this is an easy review to write. I received bids from no fewer than 5 companies, and had a wide range of experiences. But SoCal Climate Control, was second lowest in price (the lowest was for much lesser quality equipment), but highest in value. I have a home built in the 40's, and while they asked about/ offered other services, it never had the feeling of an up-sale. In fact, they said I was over buying initially (what I asked for). I followed their advise and couldn't be happier. I replace 3 window AC units with a 4 head 3.5 ton mini split system. I had it installed in early May (it is now December) and this had to be the most comfortable summer ever in this house. The units in the bedrooms are so quiet I can hear quartz wall clocks ticking over them. They are also heat pumps, which will also replace my gas wall furnace. The install crew were very professional, very careful, and super polite. Thank you guys, a super job and a super product."
